The barrel has an auger in the middle (not blades like in conventional concrete mixers) and works on the principle of a car truck mixer. When it rotates in one direction - it mixes, press the "reverse" button - the mixture is automatically unloaded.

The concrete mixer is based on a special platform - a trailer that has a certification package of documents, spring suspension, side lights and turns. This allows you to register it in the registration organization and move on the roads as with a category B - trailer.

You can easily move a concrete mixer (weight 460kg) to a construction site using a car with a towbar, avoiding the use of loaders and trucks.

Unlike conventional concrete mixers, which operate only on a 380V network, our concrete mixers can operate on a 220V network.

For this purpose, a frequency regulator is installed that allows you to operate from a 220V network without loss of power.

The concrete mixer has a powerful planetary gear motor. Due to the high torque of the gear motor, the motor has a power of only 1.5 kW.

Given the ability to operate from a 220V network, you can even power the concrete mixer from a household generator, which will allow you to work in months when there is no electricity.

It is very convenient that you can unload the mixture directly into the formwork. That is, you make a small chute, direct it into the formwork or screed, and pour the concrete as if from a large mixer, without buckets or wheelbarrows at all.

This choice of model range allows you to produce up to 20 cubes per shift.
